1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship using reliable postal services:
PostNL (domestic & international shipping)
Deutsche Post (mainly for international shipments)
Tracking information will be provided when available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 10–20 business days
Please note: These are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or local delivery conditions.
5. Tracking
Orders shipped with tracking will receive a tracking number via email.
Some smaller or low-cost shipments may be sent without tracking to keep shipping costs low. This will be indicated at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at service@nmdevelopment.nl.
We will assist in locating the package and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
