At AnimalsAttitude, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong or if you simply change your mind, we are here to help.
 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will always send a replacement model free of charge, or

If you prefer, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.
 

2. Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your order – whether due to the size, visible 3D print lines, or simply because you prefer another product – you can return it.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive the returned product, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
 

3. Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return.
 

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at service@nmdevelopment.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
 

5. Worldwide Returns

We accept returns from anywhere in the world. Please note that international return shipping costs can vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
